When you fill out a form on this site -- the contact form, the qualifier quiz, or the Site Score tool -- we collect what you give us directly: your name, email, business name, phone number if provided, and anything you write in a message or select in a dropdown. We don't collect anything beyond what you submit.
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether we're a fit for your project, and follow up about your business. That's it. We don't use it for anything you haven't asked us to.
We don't sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. Form submissions are processed through Netlify, our hosting provider, which stores submitted data on our behalf. We don't share your information with other third parties except where required by law.
This site may use basic analytics to understand how visitors use it -- which pages get traffic, roughly how people move through the site. This data is aggregated and isn't used to build a profile on you individually.
We keep submitted information as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records. If you'd like your information deleted, email us and we'll take care of it.
You can ask us what information we have about you, request corrections, or request deletion at any time. Just email us and we'll handle it directly -- no forms, no runaround.
This site is intended for business owners and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and revise the date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
